....that in 2006 the Colorado and Southern Mogul No. 9 would be fully operational and under steam and that the Rio Grande Southern Ten-wheeler No. 20 would be under repair in a first class repair shop with the intent to put her back in service......

And it looks like the D&RGW's 315 will be under steam this year too. Holy smokes!
