Yep. And even without the lawsuits they will just drop you for no reason other than they get nervous. That is why if the insurance guy is there, you make SURE everyone is following the "letter of the law."
But finding someone to start insurance with is difficult, especially with the railroad being on the same property as my house and other buildings. Someday I might straighten that all out and get on with building...
