Is there any chance you could see if there are cards that date any loan of engines to Pagosa Lumber Co. at Dulce, NM? Or any dates of engine loaned to New Mexico Lumber at Lumberton/El Vado, NM or McPhee, CO? What we have never seen is a 20th-century loan of a D&RG or D&RGW engine to the Silverton or Silverton Northern RR, or a loan to Hallack & Howard Lbr. Co. at La Madera.
Sure would be interesting to learn of any loans of engines to these companies. Do you have the card or are they at some museum?
