Here is a link to steamlocomotive.info. It has technical data on this 2-8-0. Appears to be a Baldwin built for South America.
The last time I saw this was 2004 and progress had not been made. I dont think its high on the list. I know they want to get the 2-6-0 # 2 running. Hope this helps
