Matthew - It is seven rail miles east of Sargent and was taken in 1965.. I don’t know if anything is still standing as I haven’t been up there since then. I tried to drive the pass a couple of years ago but the Forest Service had the road closed temporarily. From what Ron said, at least one building burned from a lightening strike.
Jerry - I just checked on the back of the slide and it was processed in 1965. The rail had been up for some time, but the ROW had just been graded.
Soon as I massage and upload it, I will post a picture taken from the other side of the buildings.
