Actually Martin I may have been premanure in my guess as to the photo location. I will scan the photo I mentioned to you and ask permission from my freind for you to post it. I believe that your photo and my freinds are 2 different similar incidents. My freind said that Floyd Carpenter former SVRy master mech. and later Super. said they had this kind of problem on various occasions due to loggers who had acess to the mainline failing to hook the lock in a switch stand. Rule 104e from Rules and Regualtions of the Operations Dept."All main line switches and those required by rule and special instructions must be locked and left in that condition" and Rule 104a "All mainline switches must be left lined for mainline".
