I doubt you will get any answers so I suggest you get some of the books on the subjects. There is no link for such questions.
You can buy the Valuation maps of Alamosa Yard from the Colorado RR Museum and also buy their Annual #21.
The book "Rio Grande- Narrow Gauge in the summer of 1941" by Maxwell and Small has plans of the shop building locatin placements at Alamosa
I also suggest you get any of John Norwood's 3 books starting with "RG NG Recollections".
Although not fill in all your questions, you will have fun reading into these subjects.
