That would have been my initial thought, but what doesn't add up is Denver and Rio Grande was released in June 1952 but the photo by Bob Richardson (Dorman's Durango p 83) that doesn't appear to show the second spout is dated 9/11/52. Are the scenes from the movie conclusive as to which side of the tank the spout is on? As a clue the MOW shed and telegraph pole would be on the north side of the tank closest to the station.
