Within the last week, I have exchanged emails with Dave Braun. From what he writes it seems that the book should be very good. I hope that it does get published.
Also "Central American Holiday" authored by Best and published by Pacific Coast Chapter, R&LHS in 1960 is a nice lighweight photo booklet if you can find it. It covers various Mexico lines (std & ng), IRCA, FC del El Salvador with photos and rosters. 80 pages total.
