Jim,
Maybe not but ol' Lee Behrens seemed pretty peeved by the "negative publicity" in the articles! Why not just acknowledge that, "...the reality of the situation is that one steam engine with six cars is not going to be able to match the capacity of three engines of nine cars each! We had hoped to have the #9 ready for service last July but, in hindsight, that wasn't a realistic goal. We expect the #9 to be ready for service this season and will be concentrating on getting the #111 restored before the #30. Railstar has done an exceptional first year of operation and we expect, with the addition of a second steamer (and another diesel) to be able to do increase rider capacity substantially this season...." or words to that effect. Trying to say that GTL Inc. was "effective in getting the word out that the trains won't run on the Loop ever again" (or some such words to that effect) and blaming them for any shortfalls seems rather spiteful not to mention shortsighted and non-productive.
