Thanks John and PRSL. The SVRy wheel reports are as you describe with the cab. starting at the top and apparently moving forward. I believe I have a bunch of SVRy waybills. I will have to take a closer look at them. How did it work when a train picked up a car here or there at industrial spurs enroute. Did the conductor have a copy of a waybill in advance or was it generated after the car was picked up?
