Steam on the Toltec Express?

Yeah, I suppose the FEC 4-6-2 kit is a little too high-drivered to haul much tonnage up and over La Veta Pass. But, how about hauling the planned Toltec Gorge Express between Alamosa and Antonito? Not much in the way of steep grades or curves and it would surely look nice wheeling down that line.
