I don't know about not mexican. I saw a person com in in 1997 who looked like a cow hand and he had a plate full of potatos, eggs, bread, cheese and I don't know what all. I did not get a good enough look before he piled green sauce all over the masive pile. Looked darned good and I'd say that breakfast had Mexican influance.
