I remember Griego's from a previous trip. I'll have to get up there if I can. I did manage to hit Gazpatcho's tonight, in part because I didn't get back until 9:00, and they were close and still open. On Sunday I stopped at a place called Delores (I think, across from McDonalds) in Cortez, and had their Huevos Rancheros. Pretty good.
Anyway, this is a good trip.
