I thought the wye was covered as a snow plow turnaround.
The 'railroad grade' you show on the map was also covered, at least by Dorman. There was a start on running a line up the Chama River valley but it never got beyond grading. That's an old topo too. Look at the corresponding photo and you'll see the new road through the Pueblo above the older one. All of that land the grade shows on is Pueblo land.
