I'm thinking about adding to my library, and had a couple of questions about some potential acqisitions...
I've always wanted a copy of Poor's book on the South Park, and I know that there are copies of the original around, plus the memorial edition from 1976, plus some "abridged" version from 1986. My question is if there's anything that would make one version preferable over the other (besides price). I heard that photos were clearer in one, and there were some slight changes to at least the 1976 version.
Also, is the pictorial worth the extra bucks?
Third, I'm interested in the book that came out on the DB&W back in the 60's by Crossen. Since it appears to be the only book on that line, I guess there's not much choice, but, what do any of you guys who have a copy think of it, especially with regards to covering the equipment of the line?
Thanks guys...oh to have an unlimited budget...
