Passed through Grand Island on the way back to Omaha from the Black Hills and saw two Rio Grande narrow gauge cars sitting on the property of the Stuhr Museum where the #69 used to operate. Saw some track still there too. The cars were a stock car and drop bottom gon. Both in half-way decent shape. Especially the gon. If Grand Island wasn't 3 hours away I'd shoot some pictures. Maybe I will when I go back to the hills for good in March...
