I have that book and its a good one. Michael Allen put me onto this search for books www.abe.com
I now have "Garratts of the World" en route to me from the UK, at about half price from what Michael said he had seen them on book lists.
I did not see Chama,Cumbres on any of the searches I ran, but you might keeping trying. There are probably other ways to search like on your ISP that would work as well. At least this is a start. I think you can do better than $135.00, but I'm no book expert, especially compared to all the NG aficionados on this board! Good luck!
