I am sorry I do not have the time or the computer programs to let everyone know when their order ships. While you may have done a lot of business over the internet in the past few years (as have I) in my experience it is a rarity when I get a note about an order shipping except from large national companies that generate a lot of shipments daily and have the finances to afford a shipping & receiving department. Sorry as much as I wish I was one of those sized companies with those levels of financial and personnel resources, I am not...care to invest in a publishing company?

While I am glad you have such faith in our Postal system that you are sure something would have arrived by now, and I totally agree that it should have according to the information I get as a shipper, the facts are that it has not and I would have appreciated the courtesy of at least getting a communication from you and time to try to solve this problem before your posting the original thread you did.
I always consider a business honest and ethical until they refuse numerous attempts to discuss a problem...and not just assume they were bad because they did not respond to a problem they had no idea existed.
My resolution for your problem was to make sure I had the right shipping address (which we did via e mail) and to make sure that everyone who possibly could have had their hands on it had been double-checked (which your note now just assured me had happened) and then if it was still missing I replace the item. Period. That is how I expect to be treated and how I treat others but you did not even give me that opportunity.
This would have all been dealt with 1-1 privately but since you chose to take this public before even contacting me to let me know there was a problem, I had to invest the time to reply publicly.
I hope this solution meets with your approval and your replacement calendar will be on the way in the next few days as I may have to spend tomorrow and Friday at the hospital dealing with elderly in-laws. If you feel that my solution is not good enough, please let me know privately and I will refund your money.
