I'm sorry for the way that the original message may have sounded. I have done a lot of business over the internet in the last few years and everyone I have ever dealt with always sends some sort of message when the item that was ordered is shipped, even if there was now way of tracking it (Such as USPS first class). This lets the customer have some idea of when to expect to receive it. Things make it from all over the country to my house, regardless of how they are shipped in one week or less. Since I had received no communication from your company that the item had been shipped, and it has never arrived, the only thing that I could assume is that it had not been shipped. That is why I said that I had received no commuinication from you company. The only people that live in my house are my wife and myself. Furthermore I was at home for the entire time between December 23 and January 2. No package or note from the post office was delivered during that time or has been sice. I discussed this matter with her and she also has not seen any sign of the item that I ordered from l you. Yes I did send you the order on the 24th of December. And, you were paid via Pay Pal the same day. However it is now the 11th of January. Your business is in the SAME state that I live in. I am quite sure that even if you had waited until the 3rd or 4th of January to mail the merchandise, I would have already received it already.
