I'm not sure of the location, but the consist appears to be consistant with a "normal" train, four post-64 new steel coaches, followed by a concession car, a vestibule coach and a covered rider gon visible either at the rear or as the train comes out of a curve.
If this is "East" of Durango, I'd guess a charter. Photos of equipment transfers I've seen they've switched the consist around and doubleheaded. Rocky Club?
