John,
Here is one last photo to try to give you an idea of the layout of the structures near the Los Pinos. I have taken the ICC map and tried to overlay it on the aerial photo. I was able to nail the water tank at the top of the photo but I am a little off on the bottom. I'm probably off by 20-30 feet on the bottom edge. You can see the roof of the pump house in the aerial when it should have been hidden under the ICC drawing. In any event it provides a pretty good picture of the layout in the early days. As I thought the pumpers house is at the southern edge of the road. It would have been situated in between the road and the loop that is used to park by the pump house.
