Thanks for your input.
I reread some material myself especially from Gerald Best in his book that lead me to the conclusion that 15 and 19 were always owned by the OR&L.
My father-in-law was there from 1941 until 1945 at Hickum (sp) field but since he was not a train fan and I did not know him then we have no pictures of the RR. Shame. The OR&L is sort of my third or fourth narrow gauge following the D&RGW, EBT and RGS. I love the outside frame 2-8-0's.
One question still not resolved is what to call them in terms of design ation. In one source they are listed as B+B (which I think is right) but Best lists them as 0-4-4-0's. Now I can see that as they are "articulated" (the trucks that is). Would love to hear an experts view on that.
