If you want to know a dirty little secret, the last time I checked, there is an opening in the fence, so a person can get in the enclosure to better photograph the 5030. No one seems to care. Of course, the down side is that you frequently see kids climbing over the engine and in the cab, etc. Aside from some kid getting hurt, it can't be good for the engine to have it so accessible. Nevertheless, you might look for the opening in the fence if you need to get some closer shots.
Oh yes, it does not have its jacket or lagging any more, though the rest of it is reasonably intact.
