AT&SF 5030 Is Fenced Off

Arriving In Santa Fe, NM you will find the locomotive sitting behind a high chain link fence. This makes it difficult to get photo's, also sun is not always in the right position.
Last time I saw it, paint/lettering was fresh. However sometime in the past the boiler jacket was removed in order to take out the asbestos. Being in poor condition, the metal jacket was not saved as a pattern in the event a new jacket wanted to be made/replaced on loco, etc.
