Where is Santa Fe 5030?

A question I hope someone will be kind enough to answer for me. I will pick up a rental car in Albuquerque around noon on Sept. 12th and head for Chama. On the way I plan on stopping at the 'Friends' office in ABQ which is not far off I-25 and have already found its location using MapQuest. I would like to see 5030 in Santa Fe and if somebody could give me a street intersection near where it is located, I'll stop by and take a few pictures? I'm hoping it isn't too far off the beaten path as I'd like to get to Chama to see the train come in that day.
I am not a particularly fast driver but I'm wondering about speed limits and the prevalence of state patrolmen along the highways north to Chama?
