I should mention that my "subject" line was the article's subtitle edited down to fit within the subject field. The subtitle is "New operator is struggling to meet passenger demand"... I removed the "is" and "passenger" in order to fit within the number of characters the NGDF allows for a subject.

What I find fascinating is that the CHS, which just months back was telling the media that all would be swell, now candidly admits that the new operator had "to start from scratch" because they had no engines.
Talk about chutzpah!
