Apparently these are GRAMPS tank cars that are being discussed here although, being an outsider, I really had no way of being sure. Since my first trip to the area isn't until September, I've not been involved in restoration work yet but this sounds like something that would interest me. Maybe if something can be started on these two cars, I could become involved with the project in future years.
I assume that finding trucks for these two would be a major step forward.
