If the issue is going from Denver to Vail in less than 4 hours, a rail line already exists at least most of the way, just a bit farther north.
If the issue is getting to gambling centers, how about a subway?
If the issue is getting between Georgetown and Silver Plume, how about putting the westbound lanes of I-70 in a tunnel and using all the existing lanes as eastbound?
