According to the railroad profiles I have, the lowest place on the DRG&W was Pueblo ( it was narrow gauge at one time .... eons ago ) that elevation is 4,672',The next lowest was the Farming branch, elevation was 5,305', then the Rio Grande river crossing on the Santa Fe branch was 5,516', the highest places on the DRG&W was in the area of Leadville, the Ibex area was 11,520' and Fremont Pass was 11,330', which the DRG&W had at one time,a transfer track with the C&S in the time frame of around 1910-11
