I'm sure this has occured to everyone else, but I thought I would post my thoughts nonetheless.
Not only is it most enjoyable to be able to see current pictures of the areas we've read about and seen in photos from the time the RGS plied those grades, it also is wonderful to have the current photos so that we can use them as reference for modelling - the colors, trees, tree spacing, backgrounds, ballast color/grade/quantity, etc. All are important and your photos save for us a tremendous record.
