Hi James, I'll try to keep those interesting shots coming your way. I have a couple of loco photos from this last trip that I still need to send.
As far as Teft is concerned, I haven't had a chance to visit the site yet. I almost did a couple of years ago when we stayed at Purgatory. I looked up the trailhead there but I just never had the time. It would be a lot easier to ride the train in than hike though. I thought that I heard that on occasion Dan Markoff has stopped Eureka on that side of the bridge. Last August we stopped on the other side so no opportunity for a quick peek.
Maybe I'll get to it one of these days. It has been on my list for a while. I just need more time in narrow gauge country!
