At the very bottom of Dave's map is Matterhorn and an aerial tramway is shown on the map. That one is still there and terminates in the Matterhorn Mill building that sits right next to the former RGS mainline. The mill building is reasonably intact and most of the machinery is still inside. It is privately owned and is locked. The new San Miguel county historical society is working on obtaining this mill, and last year, the National Trust for Historic Preservation paid for the emergency stabilization of the interior supports to keep the roof from caving in. It is the only mill building I am aware of on the RGS that is pretty much the way it was when the railroad was operating. There is a series of good photos of this mill in operation in one of the Sundance RGS books. My company did part of the work that was paid for by the National Trust.
