Yes there are many filmosounds out there. The question is find the right model filmosound that can play both SOUND, and SILENT films are variable speeds. Most railfan consumer 16mm train films are silent!! That is what I need it for-to view things I already have and for future reference, and viewing. I rented a projector once and it was a Sound-only machine, and my silent stuff was going really fast. Imagine watching K-36's and K-37's at 60 mph going up Cumbres!! Sort of like Charlie Chaplin films,eh!
