Ted,
Actually historic photos indicate the Sumpter Depot had a power meter and conduit on the exterior of the building. It did not have a gray box, that is a more modern thing. Maybe someday in the future we can cover the gray box, and leave on the meter showing. There's more important things to do now, like laying track and getting the warning lights functioning.
That is a dedicated group you see in the photo, they have been putting in a lot of time on the depot track, signs and warning track.
