Our car would have entered service in August or September 1874, after the flatcars (needed for the wheat rush) but before the two combines.
Are any of the 1874 Bilmyer and Small car bodies still around? I know of the body in the Nevada State RR museum collection formerly from the casino at Boulder, but I thought it was a later car (circa 1878)
