Nit-picker that I am I found the two biggest photos on the home page to be a bit dingy. The top home page photo needs to be something in perfect light, and a real grabber. This shot is nice, but is only a 7, and needs to be a 10 for such an important location on the web site!!!
I think an eastbound train would be more appealing, but then some of them are tough to get good light due to leaving Chama so late.
I almost like the Lobato shot(trip planning), and Cascade Trestle(though a tad on the dark side) better. My suggestion is to try a few different shots, or get a couple more to try in this location. Something needs to grab the person for their first impression here.
Most of the rest of pages work well with the top shots, and I especially loved the one for the Special Events with the two Rio Grande tenders, and Ray climbing down!!!

Overall the website is excellant, and is layed out great with ease of finding whatever you need. Most of the pages have nice images that depict what the page is about, and some timeless images.
I also like the wording on the home page...as if it is a hidden treasure...which it is!!!
Good job.

PS I also noted how you tried to work in the red parlour Car!!!
" /> Just think in a year or so none of these photos will work on the web site!
