The proof would be their ability to run trains with *passengers* on them not just going back and forth empty and not adhering to a schedule and they have yet to do it with the 12 in either capasity.
No ,the ligitimate GLRR wasn't built in a day, but for months now, CHS has been making promices they will be very hard pressed to keep.They have 1 month to make it all happen. 1 month to get steam on there full time as stated in the RFP. 1 month to make their highly venerated , to quote CHS ," seamless transition" a reality. 1 month to finish replaceing what took 30 years of other peoples labor to put in place. In short, 1 month to try to save their sorry asses.
