looking for a small passenger car

Anybody know of a passenger car body from a tourist railroad or theme part that would be available for sale. Local guy here in town has gotten the RR bug, and has decided to build his owne small RR on his mountain property (yes he has the money and man power, Install oil/gas pipe lines cross country for a living, 40 million+ in equipment setting in his yard). Just got done buying a group of small 6 and 7 ton deisels from some one back east (all are in need of repairs), and wants something to pull behind them that looks "like an old sleeper car". These little desiels are really small, and whatever he finds to pull behind needs to be "scaled down" from a typical narrow guage "pullman" or combination car of teh D&RG type. I'm thinking of something half way between a modern D&S passenger car and a small "kiddie" amusement park car. Anything? Anyone?
