I wonder if the Parlor car will be on the rear leaving Chama. When I rode the Moonlight train way back in 1993, the rider gon was on the rear, and on the way back from Osier it was right behind the 484, which is where I spent most of the time enjoying the sights and sounds of the 484 right behind the tender. I would assume the parlor car would replace the gon as the last car now?????

PS One added benefit of this trip in the past was that it left late enough that they usually did TWO RUNBYS between Chama and Cumbres. We did one at Lobato, since we had to wait for the regular train to come down the hill from Cumbres, so you got a meet as well as runby of both trains.
Then in 1993 we did another one just beyond the Coxo crossing. I remember I left the video stuff in the motel, thinking I would play railfan for the day, and took some slides instead. The only problem with the photo runbys was that there was almost no crowd control as far as photolines were concerned as people just milled around all over the place. Still the runbys were a neat bonus I had not counted on.
Another question will they use the box car coaches as before, or does this fall on a day when there is no other train from Chama and they can use the regular equipment?

PS See John, now you have to give us the REST OF THE STORY, as Paul would like to say!
