Deliver the goods? Hmph! Fat chance of THAT happening if (and when) the CHS and Railstar part their separate ways! As I understand it the new equipment (thanks Jason!) is owned by the CHS as is the #12! Railstar is merely an operator of convenience as the GTL Inc. caught the CHS flat footed when they pulled out with everything INCLUDING their experienced (and loyal) employees!
This is still a CHS blunder that they are desperately trying to fix while in total CYA mode (thus all of the rosy predictions!) I really feel for Peter Gores and Ron Trottier and everybody at Railstar! They have taken an enormous task upon themselves with considerable expectations included. Not an enviable position! I truly wish them the best of luck!
