It is a printing related problem. The card sat in the sun at some point and the yellow, which is a fugitive color, faded to nothing, and the red, that combines with yellow, and some black and cyan to make the orange, became the dominate color. This is a common problem with 4-color process printing and has nothing to do with the paint scheme of the cars.
