Ed, the spot plate came from Patterson's in Los Gatos and Phil acquired it either in trade or something. I took it back to my shop and cleaned it up after Tom Shreve brazed on a female thread bushing for mounting. I had the #3 cast up and I mounted it to the plate. When I finished, I came down with Kent to the engine house about 7:00 pm one night and took the old WSLCO plate off and put the new one on. She shure looks great!
Hey nice touch on the Big Trees Flume & Lumber Co. Heisler. Will show Kent this week.
