While at the Colorado Railroad Museum, Bob Richardson would frequently comment on someone's comment regarding a start-up dream or long shot plan to restore some long abandoned Colorado railroad. He basically said there were many dreams and wild schemes going on at any one time, but all lacked credibility, money, or sense (paraphrased).
