Pat,
Your right, winter set in early this year. The tender will be all done as soon as weather breaks, new tank and hardware are ready to go. Try to get locomotive over to D&S to have running gear checked and should have all the info on the boiler metal done so we can finish the Form 4.
Atricle was in the Monday Durango Herald ( durangoherald.com ) what we need most of all is more funds.
