PRSL/George Cook has a somewhat tactless way of delivering his messages which guarantees a less than cooperative response. There are ways of getting a message across but his isn't one of them. As for the armchair types - I just ignore them - they know what colour something should be painted but are no use when the immediate problem is an injector that won't pick up...
"Rules are there for the guidence of wise men and the obedience of fools". Yes rules are there for a reason but occasionally the rules are bent to get the job done. The best way of proceding is to take view that any course of action might hurt and act accordingly.
