All of the equipment was sold at auction in July of 2002. With the exception of former Colorado & Southern coach #56, which was destroyed by its purchaser, all of the cars found new homes. If anyone is interested I will post my list of who bought what from the sale. All of the track was torn up and the buildings burned by late 2002, in anticipation of a housing development, which still has not taken place. Last time I went by the S&S site (about 6 months ago) it was empty and weedgrown, if you looked you could still find the occasional spike, splice bar or other peice of railroad junk on the ground.
