Robl, thanks for your response. All I know is that it appears to me that with 484, 487 and 488 operating well, maybe they would be smart to scale back loco rebuilds and concentrate fully on right-of-way upgrade. Then go to work on 489, 463 and 497.
Also, from Carlos latest pics it appears that #19 needs a lot of work. Maintain it properly, get the second diesel as called for in the Comprehensive plan and steam engines would not be needed for maintenance work this saving them for only passenger runs and photo freights.
