Goose #4 has them also. I spent most of last Saturday watching the #4 get covered in a fresh layer of snow as I worked on the adjacent courthouse in Telluride. That Goose needs its freedom--it's straining at the ties and rocks that hold it in place, wanting to meander down the rails again--of course I had it going all over the RGS last Saturday in my imagination as I worked on windows in the courtroom overlooking the little park it rests in.
I had not looked inside the rear passenger compartment for years, and was surprised to see the original rattan seats from the Denver Tramway streetcars still all firmly in place (missing the brass hand grabs though). Gosh, I remember riding on that same type of seat on streetcars in Denver when I was a small child on the #8 University Park line--what a jolt to my early rail memories.
