I remember when those cars were bilt into that building in Louisville. The cars were originally used as a part of the "Victoria Station" Restaurant chain. They were originally ex-C&S Maintenance of Way cars and had a number of coats of paint, the last being that C&S/CB&Q maintenance of way bright orange.
You might want to check soe newspaper morgue files looking for "Victoria Station" and see if you can glean some numbers from there, if not, I'm sure that there some construction shots that somebody got. I didn't get any as I didn't hang around Lousiville when I was a teenager (the Hill was much more fun). Personally, I thought that it was stupid to use old freight cars to impersonate passenger cars.
